Job Title: Client Development Executive (Moola Maker)
Reporting To: Sales and Marketing Director (He is a nice guy)
Job Summary: A passionate and driven Client Development Executive is required to firstly attain and then partner with customers to deliver exceptional value to them. You will be responsible for growing and developing new business and long-term relationships with clients at all levels of their business. You will liaise between customers and other teams members to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our product and service offering according to world class standards (we are only world class!). Main responsibilities include identifying and going after new business opportunities (you need to bring them in), knowing your market backwards, forging productive business relationships, charting new ways to explore and exploit markets and always seeking to be the best at what you do. Alternative duties, assignments and projects may be afforded to the team member and the job profile may be amended from time to time as may be required by the company in order to move forward.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate large volumes of your own customer leads and new business- you didn’t think you didn’t have to?
  • Lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your client- make sure you client is always happy (brilliantly managed)
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships

Account Manager

A passionate and driven Account Manager is required to firstly attain and then partner with customers to ensure the long-term success of Pical. You will be responsible for growing and developing new business and long-term relationships with customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders. You will liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our product offering and solutions according to customer needs. Alternative duties, assignments and projects may be afforded to the employee and the job profile may be amended from time to time as may be required by the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customers
  • Generate large volumes of your own customer leads
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key customer stakeholders
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders

Senior Designer

A creative and DTP Senior Designer with up-to-date knowledge to interpret our clients’ needs and to design solutions with high visual impact. You will work on a variety of products, including digital (online), signage, exhibitions, corporate identity etc. and you will work closely with our design and sales team. The goal is to get our clients’ message across. An additional function of a Senior Designer is to work closely with the junior designers and help grow them. Alternative duties, assignments, and projects may be afforded to the employee and the job profile may be amended from time to time as may be required by the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate a solid body of work
  • Take notes at design briefs to record requirements and clients’ needs
  • Schedule project implementation
  • Work with a wide range of media and graphic design software
  • Think creatively to develop new design concepts
  • Prepare rough drafts and present your ideas
  • Amend designs to clients’ comments until signed off approval
  • Work as part of a team with copywriters, designers, stylists, executives etc.
  • Responsible for conceptualization and design of solutions from concept to completion
  • In some incidents will be required to direct the work of one or more junior designers who generate comps and create layouts and final art.
  • Calculate matte usages
  • Experience on the following printers/cutters/software: solvent (mimaki) and latex (HP360 and HP LX850) printers is advantageous

Requirements:
